This role is based at our client's office in Ringwood.

What We Need From You

1. Minimum 5 years experience in a financial role
2. Solid understanding of financial statistics & accounting principles
3. Proficiency in accounting software (ideally Xero)
4. Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
5. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
6. Sharp attention to detail
7. A practical problem-solver with a hands-on approach
8. Reliable, trustworthy, and great at time management

What You'll Be Doing

1. Managing accounts receivable & payables, handling queries via phone/email
2. Providing financial reports & insights to the Managing Director
3. Overseeing quarterly VAT returns & liaising with external accountants
4. Taking charge of end-to-end finance operations & financial analysis
5. Running balance sheet reconciliations & improving financial controls
6. Analysing costs, pricing & sales performance against business plans
7. You'll report directly to the Managing Director and play a key role in the company's financial strategy.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (DOE). Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (37.5 hours per week).
