An established industry player is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to enhance the quality of training and assessment in the Rail sector. This exciting role involves planning and conducting quality assurance visits, supporting providers in compliance with industry standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Assurance Manager role is responsible for working as part of the Quality Assurance team to measure the quality of Assured Providers' training and assessment provisions against Rail Training Assurance Scheme (RTAS) requirements & related standards.
Due to the success of our work, we are now seeking additional people to join our Quality Assurance team. You should already be an experienced Rail QA Manager or Training Manager with a successful record and have lots of energy and enthusiasm for the role with a track record in delighting clients.

Location: London and South East UK. The role will be home based but will require substantial travel across the south of England each week, and from time to time to our Head office in London and other locations in the UK.
