The Role
As a Survey Implementation Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in the delivery of high-quality research projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Project Managers to scope projects and advise on potential risks or limitations.
Setting up surveys using proprietary tools or third-party platforms.
Conducting rigorous testing to ensure surveys meet objectives and quality standards.
Monitoring survey performance, optimising response rates, and addressing drop-off points.
Coordinating with external suppliers and managing additional services when required.
Supporting post-survey tasks like data cleaning and report preparation.

What You’ll Need
The ideal candidate will be:

A confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn new technologies and processes.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organisational skills.
A proactive problem solver who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Motivated and enthusiastic about professional growth. Previous experience in market research or survey platforms is a plus but not essential.
