The requirement is for a social work England registered social worker to act as Team Manager for the older people's team while recruitment processes are in progress.
The team requires support, supervision, quality, and performance monitoring for all aspects of work under the Care Act.
The team consists of 3 very experienced advanced practitioners who manage day-to-day operations, along with experienced social workers, social workers, and support workers.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring of performance and quality
Formal and informal supervision to the team
Attendance and contribution to performance monitoring meetings, team meetings, funding panels, and any other meetings relevant to the role
