We are looking for a 3rd Line OS Core Engineer to join a team of 2nd and 3rd Line engineers. Your role will involve assisting a high profile user community, daily contact with customers and stakeholders utilizing the IT Service Management Toolset. The monitoring of Event Management tooling, triage, and escalation is critical to the role.

The successful candidate will be required to go through DV level clearance for this role.
