Job Title: Remote Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist

Location: Remote (Practice based in Bournemouth)

Hours: Full Time or Part Time (3 to 5 days per week)

Type: Permanent

Start Date: May 2025

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist. Although the practice is based in Bournemouth, this role is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK.

You may be required to travel for a second-stage face-to-face interview and to collect your laptop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert medication advice and manage repeat prescriptions.
• Conduct medication reviews and support chronic disease management.
• Prescribe medication within your scope of practice.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
• Utilise the EMIS system efficiently to manage patient records and prescriptions.
• Support the practice in achieving QOF and enhanced service targets.

Requirements:

• Essential: Qualified Clinical Pharmacist with prescribing rights.
• Essential: Experience working within primary care.
• Essential: Proficient in using EMIS.

Salary: Competitive salary of £50,000 to £60,000.

Benefits: Fully remote working with flexibility. Equipment provided (laptop to be collected in person).
