An established industry player is seeking a skilled 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their dynamic service desk team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in IT support to assist customers with a variety of technical challenges, ensuring smooth operations of enterprise technologies. Role: 2nd Line Support Engineer
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 per annum, plus company benefits
Location: Northampton (on-site working)
As an accomplished 2nd Line Engineer, you will be responsible for providing 2nd line support to customers as part of a large service desk team. You will ensure that you provide support to customers and provide solutions to 2nd line issues.
Skills & experience required:
Please be aware that this role will be on-site during your probation period and will then move to a hybrid working model thereafter. It is vital that you are local to the Northampton area due to the requirement of being onsite.
