(£36,500 basic salary + realistic efficiency-based bonus £4,500 which is uncapped + end of year bonus £1,000.)

We are offering a fantastic opportunity to become part of the Pulman family as a Diagnostic Technician at our Volkswagen site in Sunderland. Representing a prestigious car brand within a state-of-the-art workshop and site facilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing complex symptoms on vehicle systems
• Undertaking major electrical and engine repair work
• Utilising the Brands diagnostic equipment to identify and repair faults
• Routine servicing and repairs
• Video Health Checks
• Completing work in a timely and efficient manner
• Working alongside and providing support to the aftersales team

About You

We are looking for someone who has experience as a Diagnostic vehicle technician, whether you have worked in a non-franchise business or another brand franchise.

If you already have a mechanical background and an efficient approach to completing tasks then we want to hear from you!

You will have a strong attention to detail, great communication with your team and colleagues and embrace new technologies.
