This role is part of Wonderly, Haymarket Media Group's in-house agency. Wonderly delivers best-in-class strategy, content, events, and technology services, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the TPS Hub - this is the platform that TPS (Trade Parts Specialists) uses to communicate to its network of parts specialists.
  • Write news stories and post articles daily to keep the network up-to-date.
  • Interact daily with stakeholders in a busy client-facing, corporate office environment, where a calm, positive attitude is vital.
  • Be proactive in suggesting ways to enhance communications - either by simplifying the words or introducing alternative formats e.g. audio or video.
  • Manage your workload, time and any resources to maximise productivity and impact.
  • Represent the Hub and Wonderly in the VWG offices.
Skills / Experience / Knowledge / Minimum Criteria
  • Previous experience in B2B or B2C digital publishing, preferably working on digital communications for a major brand or on a busy, high-traffic news website.
  • Creative, collaborative, curious, diplomatic, empathetic, and solution-focused.
  • Skilled in using audience feedback and analytics tools such as Google Analytics to derive insights that inform both tactical and strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional eye for visual clarity, tone, style, and accessibility. Capable of crafting and presenting articles in a way that is easy to understand, respects the user's time, and maximizes the content's effectiveness.
  • Strong understanding of SEO techniques and information architecture, including the use of keywords, menus, tags, and metadata to optimize content for search engines, ensuring it is easy to find and navigate.
  • A solid interest in and awareness of trends and innovations in digital content, automotive, and technology sectors.
