Warehouse Operative

Carousel Logistics is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to ensure the smooth, efficient and safe flow of customer product through the hub to the end delivery depots in a time critical manner ensuring trunk departure times are achieved.

Salary: £12.46 per hour. 45 Hours per week - 16:00hrs-01.00hrs Monday-Friday.

Key Requirements/Responsibilities:

• Moving & sorting freight in the warehouse as instructed.
• Ability to follow and instruct others in standard operating procedures and work in a methodical, logical manner, ensuring compliance with contractual targets.
• Ability to work at pace and understand written English (numbers and words).
• Checking and maintaining the equipment (incl pump trucks & conveyor) in the warehouse and compliance with Health and Safety and company regulations.
• 3 years warehouse experience.
• Forklift licence required.
