We are looking for an ambitious Agile Project Manager to join a digital agency. Working closely with their strategists, UX/UI designers, and development teams, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of various digital projects, overseeing Agile processes, systems, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the digital project lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Scope project requirements and prepare cost estimates.
Develop and manage project plans, resources, and budgets.
Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project.
Ensure team members are briefed on tasks and responsibilities.
Proactively identify and resolve potential risks or issues.
Manage client delivery, reporting, and SLAs.
Work with senior leadership to nurture client relationships and develop opportunities.
1+ years’ experience in a Scrum or ScrumBan role.
Experience deploying and managing Scrum/ScrumBan methodologies.
Strong communication skills and confident in leading Agile ceremonies.
Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
Exceptional organisational skills.
Experience in requirements gathering and creating user stories.
Experience with Jira and the Atlassian product suite (Bitbucket/Confluence/ServiceDesk).
Exposure to project management data reporting.
Experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
