We are a small HR team of two (HR Manager and a HR Generalist) and we are looking for a HR Generalist to make a significant impact with day-to-day business support and involvement in key HR project work during a 12 months fixed-term maternity cover engagement.
As a Human Resources Generalist at TryHackMe, supporting the HR Manager, you will be an essential partner in fostering a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment. In this role, you will be expected to bring a proactive approach to HR challenges, offer strategic guidance, and ensure that our HR practices not only support our employees but also drive the overall success of TryHackMe.

Salary–up to £45,000 GBP.

Stage One: Intro call with Rosie Graham, HR Manager (30 mins).
Stage Two: Technical Take-Home Challenge, exploring your people strengths.
Stage Three: Final Interview with Rosie Graham & Martina Loebenberg, Head of Ops. This will include a presentation of the take-home challenge and competency-based questions (1 hour).
