This is an excellent opportunity for a strategically driven Commercial Director to join an award-winning software and AI business who are pioneering the way in the Automotive industry. On offer is a role where you will have full autonomy, working closely with the CEO to help lead the commercial direction of the business.

This company is renowned for their state-of-the-art technology and operates with many OEM's both in the UK and worldwide for their specialist products. As the business continues to grow, they are looking to onboard a new Commercial Director who will take leadership within the sales strategies to increase overall revenue.

In this varied role you will be responsible for:

1. Developing and executing new sales strategies.
2. Building and managing a sales pipeline, including stakeholder management.
3. Developing value-based pricing strategies.
4. Mentoring and managing the Commercial team to deliver sales targets.

The ideal candidate will need a proven track record in a Leadership role, focusing on B2B technical sales and account/stakeholder management. Additionally, a financial understanding will aid in developing pricing and revenue models, and contract negotiation skills are also key requirements for this role. While a bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science is desirable, strong industry experience will also be considered. A background in the automotive or manufacturing industry would also be beneficial but is not essential.
