The Position as a Planning Manager

My client is seeking a skilled and experienced Planning Manager to oversee all aspects of planning applications, regulatory approvals, and strategic land promotions within the Eastern region. This pivotal role will involve close collaboration with internal teams, external consultants, and local authorities to ensure the timely delivery of successful planning outcomes.

Essential Criteria for a Planning Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate Development or a related field is required. Professional membership in the RTPI.
• Demonstrable experience in a planning management role with residential development or a consultancy firm.
• In-depth knowledge of UK planning legislation and policies
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
