You will support the Data Cash Management Lead in creating the short and long-term vision for business success with emphasis on data risk and control, compliance to our overall Group Data Strategy and data related policies. You will also need to be comfortable working within a matrix model and have proven experience on data governance topics, pivotal to building up the data strategy across the Cash franchise to achieve a stronger performance for the Corporate Bank and Deutsche Bank.
You will work together with our global Product, Sales and Services teams and downstream consumers to focus on the definition and compliance of our target data state for cash, requiring strong ability to influence others within and outside the team and guiding the Cash Data Pillar team through specific programs and requirements.

Your key responsibilities
- Drive forward the definition of the Cash Management Data Strategy taking input from within the team and outside focusing on data risk mitigation and commercialisation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring alignment between strategy and operations.
- Collaborate with the wider Cash Data Pillar team in driving forward the data goals in order to achieve our broader strategy.
- Assess our compliance/effectiveness to the various data capabilities objectives and what we need to prioritise to get to target.
- Document content for various forums that outlines our data vision, objectives and benefits.
- Analyse market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Engage with Central Data teams on Regulation, Policy and Framework updates to ensure alignment of Cash with regulations and Deutsche Bank policies.
Your skills and experience
- Prior experience in managing data strategy/data architecture definition to achieve business outcomes, ideally with experience working in Corporate Bank Cash Management.
- Hands-on experience in data management activities, such as data governance, data quality management.
- Strong literacy in Data topics and an enthusiastic appetite for ongoing learning.
- Data Risk awareness and experience in identifying, measuring and tracking business risks.
- Working technology knowledge/understanding with architecture planning skills to ensure solutions to risks/issues are embedded in target state whilst effectively mitigating near-term challenges.
- Strong communication skills with advanced experience in PowerPoint.
