The Opportunity:

We’re seeking an Oracle Cloud Engineer to join a leading defence consultancy in London, delivering transformative cloud solutions for National Security projects. With a salary of up to £100k, this is your chance to work on high-impact initiatives, leveraging Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to modernise critical systems. Based in London with hybrid flexibility, you’ll need active SC or a higher clearance to step into this pivotal role.

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead the migration of legacy systems to Oracle Cloud, ensuring seamless integrations.
2. Design and deploy secure, scalable OCI architectures for mission-critical applications.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud-native solutions.
4. Optimise performance and resilience using Oracle tools like Apex, VMware OCVS, and Terraform.
5. Support secure-by-design principles, aligning with MOD and NATO standards.

What You’ll Bring:

1. Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud migrations.
2. Active SC clearance - essential for immediate onboarding.
3. Hands-on experience with Oracle Apex, VMware, or edge computing solutions.
4. Strong skills in automation (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines.
