Job Description

• Manage accounting functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing
• Develop financial strategies and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Supervise financial data collection and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Collaborate with senior management to develop financial forecasts and budgets
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Ensure all accounting processes align with company policies and regulations
• Lead the accounting & finance team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Use financial data to inform decision-making and strategic planning

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
• Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
