Social Media Manager (Part-Time, Remote / Hybrid – UK)
Prana is on a mission to revolutionise health by making proactive, personalised wellness the new norm. We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our growing team and help shape the digital voice of a company that’s democratising preventive healthcare through AI, blood biomarkers, and behavioural insights.

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our brand’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter). You’ll create engaging content—from carousel posts and reels to YouTube shorts and educational threads—that communicates our vision and inspires individuals and businesses to prioritise health before it’s too late.

What You’ll Do

1. Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with our B2B and D2C goals
2. Create and post high-quality content:
1. Reels, shorts, stories, TikToks
2. Educational carousels and infographics
3. Company updates, founder stories, team spotlights
3. Optimise content for each platform’s native format and audience
4. Manage community interactions—respond to DMs, comments, and tags
5. Collaborate with our founders to turn insights and features into compelling storytelling
6. Stay on top of wellness, health tech, and social media trends
7. Track performance metrics and make data-backed decisions to grow engagement and reach
8. Manage occasional paid campaigns in partnership with our founders

What We’re Looking For

1. Experience in social media marketing
2. Proven ability to grow brand engagement and followers across multiple channels
3. Strong skills in copywriting, content creation, and social storytelling
4. Familiarity with one or more video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Final Cut)
5. Ability to translate technical product features into relatable, engaging content
6. Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup
7. Passionate about health, wellbeing, and empowering people through knowledge

Bonus Points

1. Experience working with health, tech, or wellness.
2. You’ve grown a TikTok or IG account from scratch to 1K+ followers
3. You have experience running influencer or affiliate campaigns
4. You love analytics almost as much as aesthetics
