As an FRA Carpenter in the Fire Team within Property Services you will be responsible for:

Carrying out door upgrade work and installing certified fire door sets across housing properties.
Ensuring all work complies with BM TRADA standards, with full training provided as needed.
Completing detailed paperwork in compliance with BM TRADA requirements.
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor for Passive Works and working within a small, specialised team.

A company van (for business use), uniform, and PPE will be provided. Jobs are dispatched to your PDA, and you will begin each day from your home address.
