Corporate Solicitor - Senior Associate - Bristol

Exciting opportunity for an ambitious corporate solicitor to join this city led corporate team. This corporate team work on complex, high value and high profile corporate matters for an enviable client base across the energy and clean energy sector. You'll be working with the corporate team based in Bristol on hybrid basis.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a corporate caseload for energy and clean energy clients, alongside the wider ENRI team.
• Your caseload will include M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructure and more.
• As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to provide supervision to junior members of the team.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by assisting in business development and contribute to the growth of the Corporate practice

Qualifications:
It is important that you have atleast 5 years' PQE in corporate law from a reputable corporate team.

• Track record of dealing with high value corporate mattes in the energy sector.
• An excellent academic record.
• Demonstrable drafting skills along with attention to detail whilst working in a fast paced environment.
