Practice Manager (ACA)

A Practice Manager/Qualified (ACA/ACCA) is being recruited for a small boutique Chartered Accountancy firm in the Ringwood area. The firm has a portfolio of quality clients both in the local area and London and this role would offer a great opportunity to have some equity in the firm.

Your Role:

• Providing comprehensive accounting, audit, compliance, and advisory services to a portfolio of valued clients.
• Overseeing and mentoring trainee accountants and a bookkeeper.
• Contributing to the firm's growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Applying your strong technical knowledge in audit, financial reporting, and tax compliance.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA accountant with a minimum of 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical expertise in audit, compliance, and advisory services.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks).
