The firm boasts a successful track record of taking on ambitious brokers aspiring to become Commercial Account Executives. With full appointment-setting support, they have a history of helping people develop significant books of business. We must stress here that this IS NOT a hardcore sales role, which makes it a refreshing change from most Trainee Account Executive opportunities in the market.

Based from home, you will work in conjunction with the lead generators to secure new business, which you will continue to service. Your duties will include attending face-to-face meetings with prospects, fact-finding about their businesses, and presenting your findings to the account handling team to broker a competitive deal. You’ll enjoy dealing with a wide range of industry sectors and insurance programmes.

This position would suit a Commercial Account Handler/Broker who has perhaps been ‘on a promise’ to become an Account Executive by their current employer, but this is failing to materialise.

It's essential that you have experience within commercial insurance broking and a good working knowledge of all commercial lines, including Property, Liability, and Motor insurance. You’ll have a passion for winning new business, building and managing relationships, and generating a significant amount of income for yourself as a result! While there are sufficient leads from the appointment generators for you to build a substantial book, we are looking for someone keen to complement this by building their own connections too.
