Operational Risk Analyst

Job Title: Operational Risk Analyst (Junior to mid level)

Location: London (Chiswick)

Position Summary:

Are you an aspiring Operational Risk professional looking to make a difference? We’re seeking a proactive and hands-on Operational Risk Analyst to strengthen our risk framework for non-U.S. operations. In this role, you'll work closely with regional managers, help implement effective risk controls, and promote a strong risk culture. This is a dynamic position with plenty of growth opportunities, directly supporting the Head of Risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Risk Framework & Management: Assist in developing and refining our Operational Risk frameworks. Support local managers in conducting risk assessments and creating practical risk mitigation plans.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a point of contact for regional risk managers, working closely with various teams to ensure alignment with internal controls and company objectives.
• Building a Risk Culture: Contribute to a proactive risk culture by supporting innovative risk management practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3-5 years in Operational Risk, ideally within financial services or a similar field.
• Sector Experience: Financial Services experience is highly desirable
• Skills: Solid understanding of operational risk and “three lines of defense” model. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Personality Fit: Motivated, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
