Care and Support Worker

All our Schemes have been awarded Good CQC ratings, two have been given outstanding in Responsiveness. • Salary: Days - £11.95 per hour or £21,749 based on a 35 hour week / Nights - £12.05 per hour or £21,931 based on a 35 hour week
• Full time (35 hours per week) and Part time contracts are available as well as the option of Bank

• Shift patterns: Earlies, 7:45am till 3:00pm, Lates, 2:00pm till 9:15pm, Nights 9:00pm till 8:00am

The role

As a Care Assistant, you will be based in one of our Extra Care Schemes, responsible for assisting our residents with personal and practical care. In a typical shift, you'll be washing and dressing residents, assisting with meal preparation and medication as well as providing general companionship. You can also support our Activity Co-ordinators who organise a range of activities.

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants or Care Workers who have experience caring for vulnerable/older people with personal and practical care. All our Care Assistants are expected to follow our 4 core values which shape our culture.
