Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing organisation based in Leeds. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting various financial processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Duties & Responsibilities

1. Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
2. Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
3. Prepare regular financial reports (profit & loss, balance sheets, cash flow).
4. Assist in budgeting and forecasting for both company and project-based finances.
5. Ensure compliance with tax laws, including VAT and payroll taxes, and support tax filing processes.

What Experience is Required

1. Proven experience in an accounting role with strong knowledge of VAT returns, payroll processing, and financial reporting.
2. CIS experience is desirable.
3. Familiarity with accounting software and financial management tools.
