Job Title: Senior Buyer

Salary: £40,000

Location: Berkshire

Type: Permanent (Hybrid)

Portfolio Procurement are recruiting a Senior Buyer for a leading healthcare company based in the heart of Berkshire.

As an experienced Senior Buyer, you will be responsible for supporting Senior Management in running daily procurement operations.

Experience:

  1. 3 years Procurement and Supply Chain experience
  2. Must be CIPS qualified (Level 4)
  3. Cost Management and SRM experience
  4. Managing and negotiating contracts
  5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing supplier relationships in line with the company management regulations
  2. Assisting with company bidding and pricing
  3. Providing support to the Operations Team, agreeing internal SLA's
  4. Working within a set budget for categories
  5. Process Improvement & Efficiency
  6. Engaging with stakeholders
