Contract Business Analyst - Digital Customer Journey

Inside IR35 | £460 - £510 / Day

Hybrid based - 3 days remote + 1 - 2 days in East Midlands site

Initial 6 months contract

My client is looking for 2 experienced interim business analysts who have worked on digital customer journey projects before, with a broad understanding and passion for customer experience. These roles require people who have strong process improvement, process re-engineering, and digital customer journey experience, as the client is going through a digital transformation programme and lacks the team with the expertise in digital customer journey mapping. Ideally, candidates will have some working experience of the Agile methodology and can share best practices with the existing FTE team.
