Job Description:

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Global AI Crypto News Editor and lead our editorial efforts and deliver high-impact content for the Global crypto market.

In this role, you will be crafting and managing top-tier AI crypto content, analyzing industry trends, and being responsible for producing engaging and timely content that informs our target audience. You will be responsible for managing our editorial staff and driving audience growth in the crypto industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement AI Content Creation Workflows for Evergreen and News Crypto Content.
2. Conduct in-depth research to identify key topics and trends relevant to the Global crypto audience.
3. Develop and manage a comprehensive editorial team to deliver timely, high-quality news and analysis.
4. Ensure all content adheres to journalistic standards and aligns with the brand's voice and goals.
5. Oversee the AI creation, editing, and localization of news articles, blog posts, and thought leadership pieces for the Global Crypto market.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate AI content workflows with broader marketing and product strategies.
7. Optimize content for readability, engagement, and SEO to maximize reach and impact.
8. Track and analyze content performance metrics to refine editorial strategies.
9. Generate regular reports on audience engagement, traffic sources, and key growth indicators.
10. Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and maintain a competitive edge.
11. Stay informed on the latest developments in crypto regulations, market behavior, and audience preferences.
12. Adapt AI strategies to address market-specific opportunities and challenges.
13. Cultivate industry expertise to position our news sites as a trusted authority in the crypto space.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years in journalism, content creation, or editorial roles, preferably within the crypto, finance, or tech industry. Deep understanding of AI Content Workflows.
2. Native English speaker with excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
3. Proven experience in crafting compelling news articles and in-depth analyses tailored to a specialized audience.
4. Familiarity with editorial workflows, including fact-checking, sourcing, and maintaining journalistic integrity.
5. Ability to use data and audience insights to inform editorial decisions and optimize content performance.
6. Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, and related topics.
7. Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging and accessible content.
8. Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
9. Basic knowledge of SEO principles and their application to news content.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Proven experience with technical SEO, including site architecture, crawl optimization, and managing large-scale content platforms.
2. In-depth understanding of Web3 technologies, DeFi ecosystems, and blockchain innovations.
3. Ability to stay ahead of emerging trends and developments within the crypto space.
4. Established relationships within the AI & crypto community, including forums, influencers, and industry leaders.
5. Strong ability to leverage these connections for content sourcing, collaborations, and audience growth.
