About Our Client

We are a leading PLC residential developer with an ambitious land acquisition strategy. Our focus is on delivering large-scale, high-quality developments, and we are looking for a talented Land Manager to help drive our growth.

The Role

As a Strategic Land Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and securing strategic residential development opportunities. Working closely with the Land Director, you will help shape the business’s land pipeline and contribute to our long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identifying and securing new land acquisition opportunities in key locations.
2. Developing strong relationships with agents, landowners, and key stakeholders.
3. Driving deals through the acquisition process, ensuring successful negotiations and completions.
4. Supporting the Land Director on existing land opportunities and strategic acquisitions.
5. Representing the company at networking events and industry functions to expand our market presence.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven land acquisition experience within a residential developer (essential).
2. A strong network of contacts with land agents, landowners, and local authorities.
3. A commercial mindset and the appetite to buy large, multi-phased development sites.
4. Excellent negotiation and deal-making skills, with the ability to drive transactions through to completion.
5. A proactive and tenacious approach, with a passion for land acquisition and development.
