Commercial Real Estate - Partner / Head of department - Up to £150,000 salary

This is a superb opportunity to join a National Legal 500 firm in their award-winning Commercial Real Estate team, to work on a varied caseload covering all aspects of real estate transactions, with a particular focus on high net worth individuals and businesses.

The firm is recognised nationally for providing legal advice and solutions to a client base consisting of HNW and UHNW individuals and businesses. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Real Estate offering, they are keen to speak with a dedicated Real Estate Partner who is keen to take on a new challenge and head up the Real Estate practice.

The established Real Estate team, many of whom are ranked as leading individuals in The Chambers, cover a variety of real estate services including acquisitions, disposals and refinancing, as well as other general property matters.

The Candidate

• A dedicated Partner with a background in real estate law
• An in-depth understanding of commercial property is essential
• Previous Landlord and Tenant experience is highly advantageous
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
