Join Our Team as a Sales Development Representative in Colchester, Chelmsford, Clacton, Witham & Ipswich! Are you a driven and customer-focused individual looking for an exciting career in sales? We’re hiring Sales Advisers across multiple locations!

As a Sales Development Representative at haart Estate Agents, you will receive:

  • £25000 basic salary
  • Additional commission scheme

  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

  • Purpose-built training location
  • Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
  • Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training

How you will make an impact:

  • Ensuring that your daily/weekly/monthly business targets are always met.
  • Be the custodian of the Spicerhaart Ways for Valuation generation activities.
  • Proactively communicate with all Valuation opportunities through high levels of outbound call volumes.
  • Attend the Morning Meeting with updates on the week’s valuation pipeline.
  • Lead as the Canvassing Champion, implementing a structured canvassing strategy.
  • Engage in daily 1:1 meetings with your line manager for coaching and business development opportunities.
  • Manage and respond to leads effectively.
  • Generate referral business through first-class customer engagement.
  • Engage in local canvassing and prospecting activities.
  • Take inbound calls ensuring applicant registration is fulfilled.
  • Always look for named 5* Google review opportunities from customers.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
  • Access to your own vehicle, which must be in good condition.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Basic IT proficiency and a keen eye for detail.
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
  • Evidence of right to work in the UK, such as Passport or Birth Certificate.

At some point(s) in your application process, you will be required to interview via video call.
