Yarnfield Park is a Conference and Event venue conveniently located and easily accessible from Stone in Staffordshire, just minutes from the M6.

Set in the quiet village of Yarnfield, the 336-bedroom Hotel has 53 conference, event, and training rooms with the 2 largest spaces holding 400+ guests. The hotel has a very strong and diverse base of clients and with the launch of CONNEX, our new conference and training space, we can host over 2000 guests on site per day.

As the Hotel Restaurant and Bar Manager, your role is fundamental to the success in providing outstanding event and conference experiences for our guests.

You will be responsible for overseeing aspects of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction, along with strong team leadership and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities

As our Restaurant and Bars Manager you will:

• Supervise, train, and motivate our talented team of waiting staff and bartenders
• Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and service
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs
• Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment
• Contribute to financial success through budget management and revenue generation

• Proven experience in food and beverage management or a related role
