We are on the lookout for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support our clients expanding presence in the DACH region. This is your chance to play a key role in ensuring our clients get the most value out of our SaaS platform, guiding them from onboarding to long-term success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building strong client relationships – act as the primary point of contact for customers in the DACH region.
  • Ensuring customer engagement & retention – proactively help clients maximize the platform’s value.
  • Onboarding & training – guide new customers through the setup and adoption process.
  • Strategic consultation – provide tailored recommendations to align the platform with client goals.
  • Driving customer success & loyalty – develop engagement plans to increase satisfaction and reduce churn.
  • Identifying growth opportunities – uncover additional ways clients can leverage the platform.
  • Being the voice of the customer – relay insights to product and development teams to influence improvements.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Fluent German speaker, fluent in English – essential for engaging with clients.
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within B2B SaaS.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills – comfortable engaging with executives and stakeholders.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset – taking ownership of client success and finding solutions.
  • Strong strategic thinking & adaptability – able to tailor solutions to a variety of customer needs.
  • Positive, empathetic, and energetic attitude – we love working with people who bring passion to their role.
  • Bachelor’s degree required – but your experience and drive matter most.
