What You’ll Be Doing:
Building strong client relationships – act as the primary point of contact for customers in the DACH region.
Ensuring customer engagement & retention – proactively help clients maximize the platform’s value.
Onboarding & training – guide new customers through the setup and adoption process.
Strategic consultation – provide tailored recommendations to align the platform with client goals.
Driving customer success & loyalty – develop engagement plans to increase satisfaction and reduce churn.
Identifying growth opportunities – uncover additional ways clients can leverage the platform.
Being the voice of the customer – relay insights to product and development teams to influence improvements.
What You Bring to the Table:
Fluent German speaker, fluent in English – essential for engaging with clients.
2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within B2B SaaS.
Excellent communication & presentation skills – comfortable engaging with executives and stakeholders.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset – taking ownership of client success and finding solutions.
Strong strategic thinking & adaptability – able to tailor solutions to a variety of customer needs.
Positive, empathetic, and energetic attitude – we love working with people who bring passion to their role.
Bachelor’s degree required – but your experience and drive matter most.
