Key Duties

1. Work as part of/manage a team to ensure the store runs safely and effectively.
2. Provide line management to the support staff.
3. Provide and encourage services.
4. Ensure that all key targets are met and that excellent standards are consistently maintained.
5. Demonstrate great communication skills and the ability to build working relationships as part of a team.
