Global Head of IT Operations, Operations and Technology

Seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Global IT Operations, a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and functioning of the organisation's IT infrastructure (through services provided by Group Operations). Ensuring the reliability and efficiency of all Global Technology services by managing GT personnel, overseeing project implementations, and developing strategies to improve IT processes and procedures; essentially acting as the leader of the IT operations team, ensuring smooth system uptime and optimal performance across the organisation.
