We’re working with a unique education company to find their new Social Media Manager.

Their online platform helps students excel in their exams with engaging videos, bite-sized notes, interactive quizzes, and personalised revision plans.

Social media is at the heart of their business, with an audience of over 300k across platforms. Now they’re looking for a creative social media genius to help take it to the next level.

As Social Media Specialist, you’ll take the lead in creating scroll-stopping content, engaging our audience, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the outdated world of education.

This role will suit a social media native, someone who consumes social media daily, and is always ahead of the curve when it comes to viral trends.

  • Take ownership of YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram strategy, creating content that makes students laugh, learn, and love what we do.
  • Experiment with new trends, formats, and ideas— the focus now is on storytelling to bring the brand to life in creative ways.
  • Collaborate with the founder to shape social media strategy and brainstorm content ideas.
  • Stay on top of trends and use audience insights to refine content.
  • Develop and oversee content strategy, balancing short-form and long-form content.
  • Foster community engagement and build influencer partnerships.
  • Track and optimise key metrics to guide content strategy.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of social media management, specifically with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube
  • Proof of scaling social media accounts with consistent high engagement
  • Experience running social media accounts with 50k+ followers
