Randstad Student Support is seeking passionate one-on-one Study Skills Support Workers for autistic students in Dundee. If you have experience working with autism spectrum disorder, we want to hear from you!

Role Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop organization and time management strategies

• Build research and comprehension skills

• Tailor support to individual student needs

Desirable skills include:

• Experience of working with autistic clients

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to identify ways of helping students to build on their learning strengths whilst maintaining a confidential and professional working relationship

• Punctuality and reliability

• Good organisational skills

• Ability to manage a caseload of students
