Fire Safety Consultant

Fire Safety Consultant, SOCOTEC. Competitive Salary + Car Allowance. Field Based.

To support our ambitious growth plans, we have a great opportunity to join our Building and Real Estate Division. SOCOTEC’s Fire Engineering and Fire Safety teams provide an award-winning, flexible, and forward-thinking approach, as well as a high level of technical capability, providing our clients with cost-effective and practical solutions for the full range of fire safety problems.

We’re looking for experienced Fire Safety Consultants, particularly in the South-East and London area, to primarily undertake:

1. Fire Risk Assessments
2. Fire Compartmentation and Integrity Surveys
3. Fire Door Surveys

1. Conduct full and comprehensive site assessments/surveys as required by project briefs
2. Identify hazards and associated risks, provide guidance to remove or reduce the risks to an acceptable level and manage the remaining risks
3. Produce detailed reports using SOCOTEC UK Limited templates, in required timescales to meet project KPIs and to expected standards
4. Help guide clients through the necessary statutory requirements to ensure compliance and ensure we maintain our expected service levels
