Data Entry/Warehouse Assistant

Monday - Friday 09.30am - 14.30pm

This role is to provide assistance to the customer service team by processing customer orders, checking and preparing items for shipment. To ensure the effective packaging of materials & finished goods is consistent with all relevant standards. To provide backup assistance with other customer service processes.

Key Accountabilities
  • To process customer orders to a high standard with acute attention to detail.
  • Pick & pack customer orders with focus on attention to detail, whilst making sure the storage conditions of all items are adhered to.
  • Pack internally produced items for shipment abroad.
  • Receive & check Goods-in while liaising with customer service team.
  • Deliver materials & supplies to colleagues around the building.
  • Work with external courier companies to provide efficient & timely deliveries to customers.
  • Work with customer service team to help plan, procure and maintain stock supply and storage, to ensure internal & external customer requirements are met.
  • Monitor stock rotation.
  • Keep the warehouse area clean & tidy while maintaining the high standards of Health & Safety within the warehouse environment.
  • Take responsibility for undertaking self-development in order to drive continuous improvement in the overall delivery of your job role.
