Overview

Are you a visionary videographer with a passion for storytelling and a knack for creating compelling visual content? Gallagher's in-house creative agency, the Art Department, is seeking a talented Videographer to lead our video production efforts across the EMEA region. Based in the vibrant city of London, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and produce high-quality video content that engages and inspires.

By collaborating with senior stakeholders, you will ensure that each video project aligns with Gallagher's strategic goals and effectively communicates our commitment to delivering tailored insurance solutions, effective risk management strategies, and a strategic approach to organisational wellbeing. Your work will not only enhance our brand presence but also contribute to our mission of protecting and empowering businesses and individuals.


How you'll make an impact

  • Oversee the entire video production process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing. Your creative vision will shape the stories we tell and the impact we make.
  • Collaborate with Art Directors, Account Managers, Copywriters, and internal marketing clients to bring ideas to life. Your role will be pivotal in producing engaging and effective video productions.
  • Lead video shoots, direct on-screen talent, and manage multiple camera angles to create visually stunning content. You'll have the opportunity to work with the latest videography trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Operate professional cameras, ensuring high-quality composition, framing, and focus. Edit raw footage into compelling content, enhancing video quality with colour correction and visual effects.

About You

  • Experience in videography within a professional environment is essential.
  • Strong understanding of video formats and compression techniques.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment.
  • Graphic design experience and knowledge of 3D media and animation are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
