Job Description
Develop and implement HR strategies that are aligned with business objectives.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
Lead on redundancy, restructure, TUPE.
Lead and deliver on HR projects.
HR policies, procedures, handbooks.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance.
Collaborate with colleagues in the HR department to monitor, review, and update all HR policies in accordance with current legislation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
A degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management - desirable.
Managed complex ER casework.
Led on redundancy, restructure, TUPE.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What's on Offer
An estimated salary range of £45,000 - £50,000 (GBP).
