Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that are aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Lead on redundancy, restructure, TUPE.
  • Lead and deliver on HR projects.
  • HR policies, procedures, handbooks.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the HR department to monitor, review, and update all HR policies in accordance with current legislation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • A degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management - desirable.
  • Managed complex ER casework.
  • Led on redundancy, restructure, TUPE.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • An estimated salary range of £45,000 - £50,000 (GBP).
