Job Description

  1. Develop and execute production schedules in line with company goals.
  2. Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth operation of production processes.
  3. Identify and address any production issues, implementing corrective measures where necessary.
  4. Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to manage resources effectively.
  5. Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  7. Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning sessions.
  8. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Planner should have:

  1. Excellent admin skills.
  2. Experience in a production environment is ideal but not essential.
  3. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  4. A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  5. Proficiency in IT.
  6. Confident with presenting morning meetings.
  7. Must be ready to work 5 days a week in the office - no hybrid!
