We’re representing a fast-growing, cutting-edge software company that’s transforming the future of wire harness design and manufacturing. Their cloud-based platform is already being adopted by some of the world’s leading OEMs and suppliers—and now they’re seeking a Senior Field Applications Engineer to help scale their global footprint.

What You’ll Do

• Become an expert in a powerful web-native design platform for wire harness engineering
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, and seamless software integration
• Deliver technical support and real-world implementation, from concept to shop floor
• Host workshops and events from the UK Experience Centre and support global customers
• Provide feedback to product teams based on hands-on customer interactions
• Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to drive success

Where You’ll Shine

• Hands-on Manufacturing Knowledge – You’ve been on the shop floor and understand the wire harness production lifecycle
• Practical Engineering Skills – You know your way around tools and processes like cutting, stripping, crimping, and braiding
• Customer-Facing Confidence – You can communicate complex ideas clearly to both engineers and business stakeholders
• Problem-Solving Agility – You spot issues, adapt fast, and bring a solution-oriented mindset
• Technical Range – You’re fluent with tools like Arcadia, Zuken, Capital, RapidHarness—or you’ve got deep domain expertise in wire harness design

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in wire harness or electrical engineering
• A strong grasp of electrical systems and manufacturing workflows
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel globally to support customers and attend industry events

You’ve worked in a company focused on CAD, ECAD, or next-gen manufacturing tools, and you love working directly with customers to drive success. Maybe you’ve built wire harnesses yourself—or supported teams that do—and now you’re ready to shape the future of how it’s done.
