Responsibilities
  1. Deliver engaging and well-structured Design & Technology lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum standards.
  2. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and development.
  3. Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
  4. Assess individual student progress through regular formative and summative assessments.
  5. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their learning journey.
  6. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and student interventions.
  7. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behaviour, and academic performance.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent in the UK.
  2. Proven experience teaching Design & Technology in a primary or secondary school setting.
  3. Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  4. Strong ability to engage and inspire students through creative teaching methods.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.
  6. Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively plan and deliver lessons.
  7. Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry advancements.
