The Senior Customer Insight & Retention Manager will understand customer behaviour, extracting valuable insights, and turning them into impactful strategies that drive retention and satisfaction.
Working closely with the Head of Customer Experience, as well as teams across Customer Care, Retention, and CRM, you will ensure data is at the heart of decision-making. Your main objectives will be to improve customer loyalty, enhance engagement, and optimise the overall experience, particularly within our subscription model.
This role involves leading research, identifying key trends, and implementing data-driven initiatives to reduce churn and strengthen customer relationships. You will also collaborate with teams across the business to influence product development, marketing, and customer support strategies.
