Vehicle Sales Administrator

Liverpool

28,000 - 30,000 + Bonus

  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)
  • Experience using Kerridge / Keyloop / ADP or Autoline is essential

The job: Automotive Sales Administrator

  • You will be an important part of the Vehicle Sales team and be an excellent team player.
  • You will ensure the dealership's sales department records and systems are maintained accurately and comprehensively.
  • Manage inventory records and track the status of truck orders from initial purchase to delivery, including updating systems, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with suppliers as necessary.
  • Ensure seamless integration between the dealership's systems and those of the manufacturer or distributor.
  • Process all transactions and maintain records with precision and clarity.
  • Regularly update and verify vehicle and customer records to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide a consistently professional and welcoming reception for all visitors.
  • Promptly address customer needs while they await assistance from a Sales Executive or Manager.
  • Maintain accurate service department records and systems.
  • Ensure all outgoing sales correspondence is dispatched promptly.
  • Handle telephone enquiries efficiently.
  • Demonstrate experience in handling administrative processes and paperwork.
  • Possess a working knowledge of manufacturer systems and dealership documentation requirements, with prior experience in systems such as Kerridge or VSB being essential.
  • Conduct all transactions with precision and maintain clear records.
  • Uphold a consistently professional and courteous welcome for all visitors.
  • Enhance the reputation of the business during interactions with others.
  • File completed invoiced job card histories and conduct annual archiving of job cards.

Experience required: Automotive Sales Administrator

  • Ideally you will possess Automotive or Commercial vehicle industry experience.
  • Experience working with Kerridge is a distinct advantage.
  • Experience in similar industry preferred.
  • Ability to think analytically and problem solve.
