We adeptly pivot between dine-in, takeaway, and delivery services to meet customer needs.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Waiter at Bombay Story Indian Kitchen & Bar, located in Maidenhead. The Senior Waiter will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring food and beverages are served promptly. Additional duties include maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area, training junior staff, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service roles
- Basic Cooking knowledge
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior role in the food service industry is a plus
