The Role

As a Data Analyst, you'll transform big data into actionable insights for leading food and beverage (F&B) businesses. Your work will directly impact how festivals, restaurants, and theatres make decisions, making you a key player in the industry.

This is a hands-on role that requires accuracy, insight, and problem-solving. You'll work closely with developers, clients, and internal teams, ensuring data integrity and helping businesses make informed, data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do
  • Ensure data accuracy – Ensure the accurate flow of data and collaborate with developers to maintain data integrity.
  • Build dashboards & reports – Use QuickSight and other tools to simplify complex data for clients.
  • Investigate customer data queries – Provide clear, accurate resolutions to client concerns.
  • Support internal teams – Deliver insights to improve company strategies and decision-making.
  • Write & refine SQL queries – Manage large datasets efficiently to extract meaningful insights.
