THE TEAM
You’ll be joining the Gas Operations team at JSM Group, where we specialise in delivering high-quality gas network services to major clients such as SGN. Our team is passionate about safety, operational excellence, and providing innovative solutions. As part of this collaborative team, you’ll play a vital role in managing site-level operations, ensuring compliance with safety policies, and driving project success.
As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day operations at site level on specifically assigned activities and work streams associated with the contract. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and economic use of resources, materials, transport, plant, and equipment while maintaining compliance with company policies, client specifications, and industry standards. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered incident-free, on time, and within budget.
Leadership & Management Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Technical Competency: Strong knowledge of NRSWA, with experience in managing compliance with permit conditions and RAMs.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Ability to assess situations quickly and provide practical solutions to keep projects on track.
Organisational Expertise: Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Flexibility & Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and provide solutions as needed.
Safety & Compliance Awareness: A strong understanding of policies and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
Customer engagement is essential.
Supervisors Accreditation (NRSWA Supervisor Card).
