Service Quality Specialist - Preston

Prestige Franchised Motor Dealership

Our client is looking to recruit a Service Quality Specialist at their prestigious dealership. In many ways this is a Warranty related role, but our client is looking for someone who is technical. So, this would suit a skilled and diagnostic technician who is looking to 'get off the spanners'!

It will be your responsibility to ensure that all warranty submissions including credits, claims, rejections and goodwill gestures are correctly administered and the correct processes have been followed. You'll do checks on all warranty related correspondence and paperwork as well as ensuring the computerised system is kept up to date.

Working closely with frontline staff you'll give regular support and guidance for warranty work that is carried out and you'll be looking for ways to continually improve processes and systems. You'll be organised and be ready to be audited at any time.

The job:
  1. Completing all warranty claims
  2. Providing feedback to frontline service teams
  3. Ensuring all work is up to date and audit ready
  4. Working with the Aftersales Manager on claims validity
  5. Reconciling of all records
About you:
  1. Previous experience as a Technician or Warranty Specialist
  2. Experience of working within a dealership
  3. Excellent attention to detail
  4. Experience of managing your own workload
  5. Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  6. Excellent organisation and time keeping skills

Salary:

Basic - 35k
OTE - 40k - 42k

Hours:

Mon - Fri - 8.30am - 5.00pm
Sat mornings - 8.30am - 12.30pm (1 in 3)
